Une ambulance, un pick-up d&#8217;\u00e9vacuation m\u00e9dicale ou un v\u00e9hicule logistique humanitaire ne sont pas de simples moyens de transport : ce sont des lignes de vie (<em>&#8220;lifelines&#8221;<\/em>)<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"3,4\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p-rc_ec00d724baeeca8c-175\" data-path-to-node=\"4\"><span data-path-to-node=\"4,0\">Pourtant, la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du terrain est brutale et l&#8217;usure m\u00e9canique y est imm\u00e9diate<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"4,2\">. That is why The Small Projects, in partnership with <a href=\"https:\/\/uafirstaid.com\"><b>UAFirstAid<\/b><\/a> and with the invaluable support of our US partner <a href=\"https:\/\/jaxfund.org\"><b>JaxFund<\/b><\/a>, officially launches the Lifeline Garage programme<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"4,4\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\"><strong>Le probl\u00e8me : L&#8217;enfer m\u00e9canique de la ligne de front<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"p-rc_ec00d724baeeca8c-176\" data-path-to-node=\"6\"><span data-path-to-node=\"6,0\">La tr\u00e8s grande majorit\u00e9 des v\u00e9hicules indispensables \u00e0 l&#8217;effort humanitaire et m\u00e9dical subissent des conditions extr\u00eames<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"6,2\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p-rc_ec00d724baeeca8c-177\" data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\"><span data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0,0\">&#8211; Une flotte vieillissante : Environ 90 % des v\u00e9hicules utilis\u00e9s pr\u00e8s du front (par les unit\u00e9s militaires et les ONG d&#8217;\u00e9vacuation ou d&#8217;aide m\u00e9dicale) ont entre 10 et 15 ans, voire plus<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0,2\">.<br><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0,0\">&#8211; Une usure destructrice : Les crat\u00e8res, la boue et les d\u00e9bris d\u00e9truisent les suspensions, les pneus et les freins \u00e0 un rythme effr\u00e9n\u00e9<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0,2\">.<br><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"7,2,0,0\">&#8211; Le co\u00fbt du blocage : Un v\u00e9hicule immobilis\u00e9 au garage, c&#8217;est une \u00e9vacuation m\u00e9dicale qui \u00e9choue ou de l&#8217;aide critique qui reste bloqu\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;arri\u00e8re<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"7,2,0,2\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\"><strong>Our solution: Repair vouchers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"p-rc_ec00d724baeeca8c-180\" data-path-to-node=\"9\"><span data-path-to-node=\"9,0\">Pour maintenir ces v\u00e9hicules sur la route sans lourdeur administrative, nous avons con\u00e7u un syst\u00e8me de bons de r\u00e9paration allant jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 390 euros par v\u00e9hicule approuv\u00e9<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"9,2\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p-rc_ec00d724baeeca8c-181\" data-path-to-node=\"10\"><span data-path-to-node=\"10,0\">Notre objectif : Permettre aux unit\u00e9s militaires et aux ONG d&#8217;\u00e9vacuation de faire r\u00e9parer d&#8217;urgence leurs v\u00e9hicules dans un r\u00e9seau de garages partenaires de confiance en Ukraine<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"10,2\">. The vehicle must get back on the road as soon as possible<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"10,4\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p-rc_ec00d724baeeca8c-182\" data-path-to-node=\"11\"><span data-path-to-node=\"11,0\">Our vouchers are not intended for major repairs, but they can get vehicles back on the road by meeting basic needs: the<\/span>es freins, l&#8217;embrayage, l<span data-path-to-node=\"12,1,0,0\">suspension and minor mechanical issues, the<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"12,2,0,0\">batteries, tyres, filters, belts and fluids, as well as the<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"12,3,0,0\">basic diagnostics<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14\"><strong>Complete transparency: No cash<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"p-rc_ec00d724baeeca8c-188\" data-path-to-node=\"15\"><span data-path-to-node=\"15,0\">To ensure that every euro donated goes directly where it is needed, we follow a strict protocol<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"15,2\"> :<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" data-path-to-node=\"16\">\n<li>\n<p id=\"p-rc_ec00d724baeeca8c-189\" data-path-to-node=\"16,0,0\"><span data-path-to-node=\"16,0,0,0\">Aucun transfert d&#8217;argent aux individus : Les fonds ne transitent jamais par les conducteurs ou les organisations<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"16,0,0,2\">.
