Like last year, The Small Projects Team was lucky enough to be one of 12 NGOs selected to present their programmes on the sad occasion of the 3rd anniversary of the large-scale invasion of Afghanistan.

Untiringly, without faltering, without experiencing "Ukraine fatigue", we continue to help the Ukrainian people according to the priorities on the ground. The massive bombardment of Ukrainian power stations by the Russian army has prompted us to step up our efforts to help the Ukrainian people.
As the situation on the ground continues to deteriorate, with power stations being bombed on a daily basis, the importance of our "Stay in Touch" programme is unfortunately growing all the time. As a matter of urgency, we have decided to allocate more funds to the "Stay in Touch" programme.
Our support for villagers living near Kherson continues. With our partner Union of Help to Kherson, we have created a new programme, "keep in touch", to help them to use their mobile devices, to study and to learn.
Nine months of war, nine months of suffering and desolation, but also of resistance, resilience, courage and hope. Ukraine is now in a catastrophic humanitarian situation, including in the liberated areas. Infrastructure, including power plants, has been destroyed.
